Shipping Outside the EU For deliveries to all other countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, etc.), we provide individual shipping quotes. Please contact us and we will provide the exact rate.
Delivery Time & Shipping Methods Standard deliveries within EU generally arrive within [your typical delivery timeframe — e.g. 5–10 business days], depending on destination and parcel size. International (non‑EU) shipping time depends on courier, customs and destination country. We will provide estimated delivery time when confirming your shipping quote. If you order multiple items (for example two saddles — large parcel), delivery time and cost may vary accordingly.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges (Non‑EU orders) For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges due in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking & Notification Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your parcel via the courier’s website. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery; if there is visible damage, report it immediately.
Damaged or Lost Shipment / Liability We insure shipments during transit. If items arrive damaged or are lost, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and contents. We will either arrange a replacement shipment or refund, according to our standard return & warranty policy.
Shipping Restrictions Currently we cannot guarantee shipments to P.O. boxes or certain high‑risk delivery zones. We reserve the right to refuse or delay shipping in case of customs constraints, shipping carrier restrictions or local delivery limitations.
