This HIDALGO Texas Special is a real gem for anyone looking for a Western saddle with special character. The beautiful, elaborate tooling is done by hand and makes this saddle a real eye-catcher. It is made of high-quality American leather – robust, elegant and of the highest quality.

The Texas Special has a fixed fork with a width of approx. 33–34 and is therefore ideally suited to many typical Western horses such as Quarter Horses, Paint Horses and similar breeds.

Inside is our proven flexible HIDALGO leather tree. Particularly well thought out is the intelligent three-point rigging, which is ridden with a short girth and positions the saddle stably and securely on the horse's back.

The Texas Special also offers the rider a great deal of security: the higher cantle provides plenty of support, while the grippy suede seat additionally ensures a secure feel.

The Velcro panels can be selected as you wish and configured to suit the horse's back.
