1. Tiffani, you have been HIDALGO's distribution partner in the USA since 2019. How did you first become aware of HIDALGO?
I had long been looking for a horse-friendly saddle solution that could be adjusted individually to the most diverse horses. When I got to know HIDALGO, I was immediately taken with the concept. I quickly knew that I wanted to bring this philosophy to my customers in the USA as well.
2. Why did you decide to become a HIDALGO distribution partner?
What convinced me was the philosophy behind HIDALGO. It is not simply about selling saddles, but about finding the best possible solution for every horse and every rider. That attitude matches my own way of working exactly. I wanted to be part of a brand that puts the horse's well-being first.
3. What do you personally like best about HIDALGO?
I especially love how individually the saddles can be designed. My customers in the USA like unique designs with special leather colors, elaborate tooling and personal details – and that is exactly what HIDALGO makes possible. Every saddle is carefully handcrafted, and even exceptional special requests can be realized. What excites me most, though, is that we also find a fitting solution for horses where conventional saddles often reach their limits. I find it impressive how consistently HIDALGO keeps evolving. New models, ideas and improvements are being created all the time.
