Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered in one delivery; or
• On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided that you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately; or
• On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that the goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) declaring your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
